2005 Predictions
By
Stacey Dean - The Cosmic Reporter

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again – expecting a different result.”
- Albert Einstein

(Dateline: 01/10/05, Las Vegas, NV) Happy New Year 2005! If you are an aware individual and are currently informed about world events, I know you’re probably thinking, “Stacey Dean, considering the chaotic state of our world these days, don’t you think your ‘Happy New Year’ greeting sounds a bit disingenuous?” Without my thirty years of metaphysical knowledge, I would have to agree with you. However, because I am a metaphysician, in the depths of my soul and with my whole heart, I know and believe that our Supreme Being has His Divine Plan in action every moment of every day; that we have all chosen to be here at this moment in time experiencing the good, the bad, and the ugly in order for our souls to grow and evolve; that whatever is… is right; and most importantly…what I think about the most, is the reality I shall create. I hope you realize how profound that last statement truly is because therein lies the key to changing negative happenings to positive experiences – which I believe is the true alchemy and miracle of life.
It takes courage to look into the future, and the reward is greater than you could ever imagine. The reward is the knowledge that empowers you to change the things you can or to be better prepared to accept the things you cannot.
Speaking of things one cannot change, neither my prediction that John Kerry would win the 2004 Presidential Election, nor a recount of the votes in Ohio, Florida, or any other state that is questioning the results of their election process can be changed. But I did not make that prediction using astrology; therefore, its integrity remains in tact. As for myself, God told me that I need to, “temper my optimism.” His advice has been duly noted and I have begun to do so.

Psalm 19:1-2 “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky shows the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech, and night after night reveals knowledge.”

2005 – The Year of the Rooster – Lunar Year 4703
The Chickens Come Home to Roost
In 2005 the Chinese New Year begins February 9th - a year filled with ups and downs; bluff and bravado; sensitivity and vulnerability. One will be susceptible to both flattery and criticism, and easily influenced by either. The tendency will be to hide one’s weakness behind an arrogant facade.
As I have stated in previous articles, the birth charts of President George W. Bush (b. July 6, 1946), The United States of America (b. July 4, 1776), and Iraq (b. July 14, 1958) share a synergistic energy. The destinies of all three entities are linked and inescapable.
During the Presidential Election November 2, 2004, the planet Neptune was moving towards the Cancer Suns of all three natal birth charts to form a quincunx. This indicates that compromises and sacrifices will have to be made by all – President Bush, the USA and the Iraqi nation. Also, on the day of the election, the moon was moving through the sign of Cancer. Americans were emotionally involved and passionate about electing someone they believed would provide the security and protection they feel is missing in their lives. No matter who is President of the United States, providing security and protection for this nation is a monumental task in the best of times. You don’t need me to tell you that these are not the best of times.

With the planetary motion of Pluto forming a square to the U.S. natal Neptune, many Americans are not willing to face reality. Cherished ideals are dissolving. Millions of people are feeling desperate, and rightfully so considering the path President Bush has decided to take.
“Bush basks in a fantasyland with Iraq war,” wrote Paul Krugman, columnist for The New York Times, in an article published 09/27/04. Krugman continued, ‘Where is Bush taking us? As the reality of Iraq gets worse, his explanations of our goals get ever vaguer. ‘The security of our world,’ Bush told the United Nations, ‘is found in the advancing rights of mankind.’
“He doesn’t really believe that. After all, he continues to praise Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin, even as Putin strangles democratic institutions. The subtext of Bush’s bombast is that because he can’t bring himself to admit a mistake, he refuses to give up on his effort to turn Iraq into a docile client state – an effort that is doomed unless he can figure out a way to come up with a few hundred thousand more troops.

“We don’t have to go there. U.S. policy shouldn’t be dictated by Bush’s infallibility complex; our first priority must be our own security. And in Iraq, that means setting realistic goals,” wrote this noted columnist, and I couldn’t agree with him more.
Because President Bush insists upon making the same mistakes over and over, you can expect his approval rating to continue a downward spiral throughout 2005. He is the prime example of, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again – expecting a different result.” He and his supporters begin their fall from grace as one scandal after another is revealed this year – the chickens come home to roost. The dates of February 13 – March 21, he will have to make endless compromises. His toughest week during that period will be the week of March 3. Pent up anger, hostility and power struggles plague him during the weeks of April 14, July 20, and August 18, 2005.

His second Saturn Return begins to affect his life during the month of May. This cycle occurs about every twenty-nine years for an individual, and it’s a big one! No one escapes Saturn’s scrutiny. He will have to review, reorganize, and restructure his life. He will question his major commitments and decisions. Regrettable past decisions will force him to see how he could have done things differently, and he may finally become aware of an alternative route to reach his goals and be open to forming alliances.

Tecumseh’s Curse
George W. Bush’s personal safety and health will be of major concern six times during the next two years. The astrological information I am about to reveal is very esoteric and not usually shared with the public. Normally, psychics and astrologers do not predict death - except in the interest of saving a life.
Such was the case with psychic astrologer, Jeanne Dixon who was well known and respected in Washington, D.C. However, with all her connections to those of the inner circle nearest President John F. Kennedy, her predictions regarding his safety and possible assassination were not taken seriously until after his death.
Astrologer, Joan Quigley was more successful in preventing the death of President Ronald Reagan. Joan’s success was, for the most part, due to the diligence and sensitivity of Nancy Reagan (b. July 6, 1921). Nancy is a Cancer Sun sign. One of their most endearing traits is their love of family and the way they protect their loved ones. It also helped that Aquarian Ronald Reagan (b. February 6, 1911) believed in the benefits of astrological consultations, and he trusted his wife’s intuition.
Noteworthy is the fact that John F. Kennedy (1960), Ronald Reagan (1980), and George W. Bush (2000) were all elected president twenty years apart and vulnerable to Tecumseh’s Curse. Because the story of Tecumseh’s Curse is not well known these days, I thought you might want some of the details as follows…
Tecumseh (Shooting Star) was an eloquent and energetic Shawnee chieftain. He and his brother, Tenskwatawa (The Shawnee Prophet), established a village in northern Indiana, a village that became known as Prophet’s Town. They encouraged their people to return to traditional ways, to cultivate the land and to avoid liquor. By 1809, Tecumseh and his religious brother began to strengthen an Indian confederation to prevent further encroachment and settlement of their beloved Northwest.

William Henry Harrison was of the Virginia planter aristocracy when in 1791, he suddenly switched his interests, abandoned his study of medicine and obtained a commission as ensign in the first Infantry of the Regular Army, and headed to the Northwest, where he spent much of his life in the campaign against the Indians. In 1801 he became Governor of the Indiana Territory, serving 12 years.
On November 8, 1811, Tecumseh’s dream of reclaiming the Northwest Territory for all Native Americans ended when the governor of the region, William Henry Harrison, destroyed their village while Tecumseh was away seeking to expand the Indian alliance. Needless to say, Tecumseh was not able to hold the Indian alliance together after Harrison’s successful attack. The defeat left many tribes disillusioned with the promise of victory, and the unity between the tribes diminished.

Tecumseh was so bitter towards Harrison and the United States that during the War of 1812, he and many other Native Americans allied with the British. The British commissioned Tecumseh as a brigadier general. Native Americans under Tecumseh’s leadership took a stand at the Battle of the Thames on October 5, 1813, where Tecumseh and his dreams died. He was forty-six years old.
Twenty-seven years later, William Henry Harrison was elected president of the United States in November 1840. He was inaugurated March 4, 1841, and gave the longest inaugural speech ever. One month later, he died of pneumonia on April 4, 1841. He was the first president to die in office. Since President Harrison’s death, every twenty years, whom ever has been elected president has also died in office with the exception of only one man – President Ronald Reagan. However, an assassination attempt on his life did occur. Both President and Mrs. Reagan believed their astrologer, Joan Quigley, and her sage advice is the reason he survived the assassination attempt. It has also been said that because President Reagan did not die while he was in office that he probably “broke Tecumseh’s Curse”. I would like to believe that but… just in case…I decided to document and publish the following information regarding the health and safety of President George W. Bush… elected in the year 2000… twenty years after Ronald Reagan. Because Bush was re-elected and still in office, in all good conscience, I feel I must release the following information.

In 2005, President Bush’s natal Arabic Part of Death and Disaster (23 degrees Sagittarius three minutes) will be activated. The precarious dates when his health, personal safety, and reputation will be vulnerable are the weeks of January 10, June 19, and November 10, 2005.
In 2006, his natal Arabic Part of Assassination (26 degrees Sagittarius 6 minutes) will be activated during the weeks of February 8, May 21, and December 7, 2006. The Part of Assassination is self-explanatory. As I stated earlier, ordinarily, I would not mention information as sensitive as this, but these are not ordinary times or circumstances. And if releasing this information prevents the loss of his life, then I will be vindicated.

U.S. Dollar vs. The Euro – Oil Crises
In my 2004 predictions I advised that the U.S. Dollar would be in serious competition with the Euro. Presently, the dollar had deteriorated by at least 33%, and the financial forecast for our currency is turbulent, to say the least. Rising oil costs and higher interest rates are two of the main factors contributing to the turbulence.
I expect a strong pick-up in oil futures the last week of February and May, as well as the first two weeks of June and September.
The cost of oil will increase throughout the year but especially during the weeks of April 1 and September 3, 2005, and January 2006. How bad will it get? The U.S. Sibley natal horoscope indicates that it could get bad enough to spark a recession. Strong indications that the Arab OPEC nations will continue to cut production; that terrorism in oil-producing countries will escalate; and unprecedented worldwide demands for oil will all contribute to the turbulence within our nation’s financial structure.

This information is further confirmed with a quote taken from the December 31, 2004 article written by Charles H. Featherstone, a Washington, D.C.-based journalist specializing in energy, the Middle East, and Islam. He wrote, “Saudi Aramco, the state oil company [of Saudi Arabia], regularly assures the world that everything is fine, and I suspect that aside from the Al Sauds themselves, oil facilities are the most heavily guarded things in the country. For anyone out there entertaining happy visions of an end to Saudi rule, you need to be reminded – the entire industrialized world's economy runs through Riyadh. Saudi Arabia produces slightly more than 10 percent of the 80 million barrels of crude the world consumes every day. If that crude disappears, for whatever reason, there is no way to make it up, there is no spare oil production capacity lying around in, say, Angola, Norway, Venezuela or Alaska, to fill that 10 million barrels. The global poverty and misery that would accompany that loss as economies grind to a halt or even collapse in the struggle to secure their share of the world's remaining crude oil would be staggering.
I suppose the United States could occupy the oil fields and facilities of the Arabian Gulf and Red Sea (the plans have been around for ages), but with what army? The US military cannot even secure Iraq, and the Iraqi resistance has shown how to fight and beat the United States. Any attempt to use the military to secure oil fields would be met with the same kind of resistance (and a likely popular one at that) aimed at destroying the very infrastructure we'd come to save. It would be one of the world's most memorable Pyrrhic victories.
I have not given myself over to pessimism. A few thousand Saudi police could still beat a few hundred committed militants. I won't lose sleep over this. Not yet. But I will keep my bicycle in good repair. Just in case,” wrote Mr. Featherstone.

Should You Buy or Refinance a Home?
The rush to purchase a home or refinance during the past three years of extremely low interest rates is over. Those who will be hurt the most are individuals who chose an Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) rate. If you do have the ARM mortgage on your home, you should at least consider obtaining a fixed To protect the U.S. dollar, interest rates will have to rise. This nation, like so many of its citizens, is in deep financial do rate mortgage.
do. The national debt is at an all time high. The average personal credit card debt per U.S. citizen is $7,000, and few people in this country actually save money. And who can blame them when the current interest rate paid on savings accounts is 1%? Where is the incentive to save money?
I expect the overnight Fed rate to rise to 3½ %, and the ten-year rate to 5½ %. Fixed mortgage rates will increase during the first nine months of the year and should stabilize at 7½ % to 8 % by mid October 2005. If you are seriously considering purchasing or refinancing a home this year, the best months to do so will be January, February, March, June, and July through September.
In the past, major aspects between the outer planets Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto have been strong indicators for tracking economic cycles. You can expect the U.S. stock market to continue its slow, but steady upward trend. The Wall Street boys will do all that is necessary to make it so as their “bought and paid for president” pushes his agenda to reform our nation’s Social Security program. However, before you throw your life savings into the stock market for one last bit of speculation, consider the following information taken from The International Forecaster, January 8, 2005.

"...We mentioned in a previous issue the Bush neo-con foreign policy is costing US corporations business overseas. They are Marlboro cigarettes, AOL, McDonald's, American Airlines and Exxon Mobil, all elitist companies. One-third of all consumers in Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, Russia, and the UK said American foreign policy, particularly the war on terror and the occupation of Iraq, constituted their strongest impression of the US, 29% of the respondents in Europe and Canada said they consciously avoided buying US products. Unfortunately, and understandably, current American foreign policy under Bush is affecting the sales of US corporations overseas. This is a widespread consumer backlash. German restaurants are starting to refuse American Express credit cards; people are starting to drink Mecca Cola in large numbers. Two-thirds of European and Canadian consumers also said they believe US foreign policy is guided primarily by self-interest and empire building, while only 17% believe that the defense of freedom and democracy is the guiding principle. Fifty percent distrust US Companies, due to foreign policy. Seventy-nine percent say they distrust the government for the same reason and 39% distrust the American public. Eighty-seven percent of Germans, 84% of French and 71% of British respondents have negative feelings toward George W. Bush..." – The International Forecaster

Middle East Vengeance Goes On and On…
Vengeance in Middle Eastern countries is a way of life. My statement is not a criticism nor is it a judgment. It is the truth. A truth that is difficult for the western mind to understand or accept, but you better try to do so if you are to prepare yourself for what lies ahead. Perhaps the following information will help to enlighten you as to the depth of emotion these people feel… to the depth of their passion for revenge.
Would you believe that the Shiite and the Sunnis have been battling with one another for 1,324 years? My research revealed that their feud began October 10, 680 A.D. The leader of the Arab kingdom, khalif Muawiya died in April of 680. His son, Yezeed, succeeded his father and became khalif, but not with the approval of the entire Arab kingdom. During these ancient times, hereditary right to rule was not recognized by the Arab world. Their way, at that time, was to examine a candidate and accept him only if he appeared acceptable as a ruler.
Khalif Yezeed’s only rival was Husain, grandson of the Prophet himself and son of Ali, a former khalifa. Furthermore, the city of Medina resented the transfer of the capital to Damascus. Letters were sent to Husain inviting him to travel Damascus to accept the rulership of Iraq. He, his family, and his retainers, seventy-two people in all, set out on their journey, but on October 10, 680 A.D., they were intercepted at Karbala and killed by four thousand cavalry.
The assassination of Husain split the Arab nation into two parts: the supporters of Ali, the father of Husain, are Shiites; the rest of the Arabs, those who supported khalif Muawiya’s son, Yezeed, are Sunnis. Some scholars report that as he was dying, Husain cursed the people of Iraq by saying that they would always have cruel rulers who would kill the people. The effect of that curse was certainly apparent during Saddam Hussein’s years as the ruler of Iraq.

And speaking of Saddam Hussein – have you noticed that no one else is speaking of Saddam Hussein? Nor will they. His fate is shrouded in mystery. Politicians in high places worldwide ‘tip toe through the tulips’ hoping his lips will not reveal their personal profitable alliances, questionable transactions and government corruption. However, a hard aspect from transiting Pluto to his natal Sun and Mercury in Taurus suggests that his physical health may be failing but his mental mind-set is one of revenge! Sound familiar?

Iraq and Iran – Alliance From Hell?
Iraq and Iran ended their war with one another on August 15, 1990 with Iraq granting Iran their requested concessions. Even though these two nations have been bitter enemies in the past, in 2005, their hatred for the U.S. reaches a boiling point and both countries will adopt the philosophy – “The enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Translation- the January 2005 election in Iraq will be a complete failure! Once again, President Bush is totally out of touch with reality to think that any Middle Eastern country will cooperate with him or accept his Democratic agenda. As documented in my 2004 Predictions, I fully expect a spiritual leader to emerge and assume power in Iraq.
Dates of concern, extreme pressure and more bitter battles regarding the Iraqi situation center around the weeks of March 19, April 12, July 22, August 15, November 14, and December 3, 2005. Expect headlines around the world that leave no doubt in anyone’s mind that President Bush’s legacy will be one of disgrace and disdain.
This bit of information posted January 7, 2005, on the website WorldNetDaily.com may shock you, but it may also contain the resolution to the dilemma our nation is experiencing with terrorists.

“Why hasn't Osama bin Laden's terror network executed an attack on U.S. soil since 9-11? Simple, says Dr. Jack Wheeler, creator of an acclaimed intelligence website dubbed "the oasis for rational conservatives": The U.S. has threatened to nuke the Muslim holy city of Mecca should the terror leader strike America again. On his website, To the Point, Wheeler explains how the Bush administration has identified the potential of wiping Mecca off the map as bin Laden's ultimate point of vulnerability – the Damoclean Sword hanging over his head.
“Writes Wheeler in his members-only column: ‘There has been a rumor floating in the Washington ether for some time now that George Bush has figured out what Sword of Damocles is suspended over Osama bin Laden's head. It's whispered among Capitol Hill staffers on the intel and armed services committees; White House NSC (National Security Council) members clam up tight if you begin to hint at it; and State Department neo-cons love to give their liberal counterparts cardiac arrhythmia by elliptically conversing about it in their presence.

“The whispers and hints and ellipses are getting louder now because the rumor explains the inexplicable: Why hasn't there been a repeat of 9-11? How can it be that after this unimaginable tragedy and Osama's constant threats of another, we have gone over three years without a single terrorist attack on American soil?’
“Available only to subscribers of To the Point, Wheeler ends his column by explaining the effectiveness of the Mecca threat.
“‘Completely obliterating the terrorists' holiest of holies, rendering what is for them the world's most sacred spot a radioactive hole in the ground is retribution of biblical proportions – and those are the only proportions that will do the job.
“Osama would have laughed off such a threat, given his view that Americans are wussies who cut and run after a few losses, such as Lebanon in 1983 and Somalia in 1993. Part of Bush's rationale for invading Afghanistan and Iraq – obviously never expressed publicly – was to convince Osama that his threat to nuke Mecca was real. Osama hates America just as much as ever, but he is laughing no more.’
“Wheeler says bin Laden is "playing poker with a Texas cowboy holding the nuclear aces," so there's nothing al-Qaida could do that could come remotely close to risking obliterating Mecca. So far, Osama has decided not to see if GW is bluffing. Smart move,’" wrote Mr. Wheeler.

Israel and Palestine – The Old Guard is Losing Ground
Transiting Pluto and Neptune will activate Israel’s horoscope (b. May 14, 1948) this year. And by August 9, 2005, transiting Saturn in Leo will begin its contact with the nation’s Mid-heaven, Moon, Pluto, Saturn, and Mars. These planetary pictures forecast dire events for Israel’s leaders, a downward trend in the nation’s economy, and an escalation in resistance from the Palestinians. So, you may say, seems like par for the course. What’s going to be different? I assure you, this year will be harsher than most, and a change in the leadership of both nations is eminent. The Old Guard of both Israel and Palestine is losing ground fast.

The first change in leadership will occur within Palestine due to the death of Yasser Arafat. He was the leader of the Palestine Liberation Organization founded in 1964. After forty years under his leadership, the people of Palestine are still suppressed. His death was surrounded in mystery, and rumor has it that he was slowly poisoned to death. It is impossible to analyze his horoscope in order to verify that Arafat was poisoned because of unreliable birth data. Biography.com states: “His birth [date] and place of birth are disputed; while Arafat claims to have been born August 4, 1929, in Jerusalem, a birth certificate gives the date as August 24, 1929, in Cairo, Egypt.” With such conflicting data it is useless to try to use astrology in order to obtain information.
Mahmaud Abbas was elected president of Palestine in January 2005. Abbas believes the path to peace is through negotiations. He will be more effective than Arafat was, but Palestine will not achieve statehood in 2005.
Ariel Sharon (b. February 27, 1928) will find his leadership position vulnerable particularly during the weeks of March 6, October 13, and December 19, 2005. Israeli leadership becomes more aggressive during the month of October; and Israel’s economy suffers greatly during the months of March, April and May.
I am sure uppermost in your mind is the question, “Where in the United States will I and my family be safe from terrorists? When and where will the next “9/11” occur?” I assure you that you are exactly where you need to be… fulfilling your destiny.

The earthquake and tsunami of December 26, 2004 was of “biblical proportions”. Reports of those who survived are nothing short of miraculous… or could it be… it just wasn’t time for them to leave the planet? Could the miracle be the compassion shown by human beings around the world crossing the race, creed, and political barriers to help those who did survive?
In spite of the foul-ups of President George W. Bush, United States Senators and Representatives, Homeland Security, CIA, FBI, NSC and all the other U.S. alphabet agencies, and including the U.S. government’s lack of concern for our wide-open borders, in your lifetime and mine… we will remain… One Nation Under God! Amen! Remembering you always with prayers, love, and rainbows. – Stacey Dean

The FBI and Georgian officials now confirm that grenade found near stage where President Bush addressed Tiblisi crowd last week was live and could have exploded. One US agent said it was threat to health and welfare of US president.

ON ANOTHER NOTE, I have been getting emails regarding what is the best 1911 pistol to buy at this point in time for the money. Do not listen to the wannabbeess that long for a reputation in the GUNSMITHING WORLD, as they know nothing compared to me.

BUY A MIL-SPEC SPRINGFIELD ARMORY 1911 PISTOL FOR $400.00 plus or minus. THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE VERY BEST 45 acp PISTOL OUT THERE FOR THE MONEY. Read Stephen Camps excellent articles about his personal SA Mil-Spec on his website www.hipowersandhandguns.com

The "NEWBIES" in the smithing world do not have a clue what they are talking about, all they do is troll for work in all the "CHAT ROOMS". I am telling you what to buy and trying to save you aggravation and a lot of money. This Pistol has a better frame to slide fit than most anything out there.

Teddy - This opinion is my own based on my experience of working on over 7000 -1911 pistols.
