This excellent website is for people that have become "MAKAROVNIKS" (Makarov enthusiasts) this is a must see for people that want more information regarding the Makarov pistols and with reloading the 9x18mm caliber, Russian cartridge.

Karl Bloss who is the owner started this as a hobby and it is now way beyond that. He now has four employees and they have all kinds of Makarov related parts and Supplies. They have a retail shop and are always available to help you with any questions about your Makarov, regardless of where it was made.

This informational type website is owned by Stephen P. Wenger and he created this website for the "DEFENSIVE USE OF FIEARMS" because like myself he got tired of all the misinformation that appears in the publications and even what is taught incorrectly by some of the other people that are "EXPERTS", common sense always prevails.

The core of the site is a set of pages on basic concepts, handgun selection, ammunition selection, holster selection, instructor selection and long guns for defense. There is a lot of information that is available to you by going to his website and you can decide where your interests are.

David has gone to a great deal of trouble to accumulate links that will help you find what you are looking for, such as manufacturers and businesses and services through out the internet community.
