Additional Updates

WELCOME TO THE NO BS ZONE OF TEDDY JACOBSON

I want to expand on my last commentary and I will talk about things that will help you. For those that want to understand more about the middle east situation there is an excellent book called "SLEEPING WITH THE DEVIL" you can research it on the Barnes and Noble website and all those that want there eyes opened should read this book. The only reason in my opinion that we are in the middle east is to protect the Saudi oil fields because if we lose them you will be paying $4.00 per gallon over nite.

I NO LONGER MAKE OR SELL ANY OF MY TOOLS. I NO LONGER SELL ANY OF MY STONES FOR TRIGGER WORK. I have cut way back in what I do because of declining health. I keep getting emails about trigger work on many different kinds of guns, people want me to tell them how to do it in an email. THIS CAN NOT BE TAUGHT IN ANY WAY BUT IN PERSON AND IT TAKES YEARS. In regard to a 1911 pistol do not think that the advice you get in the pink rubber ducky chat rooms is your answer, it can not be learned with some one telling you how to make a watch. A SEAR CUT IS ALWAYS CONFIGURED IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE HEIGHT AND SHAPE OF THE HAMMER ENGAGEMENT.

For those that want to purchase new models of handguns, my recommendation is do not because you must wait till the new model is out awhile for them to work the bugs out and for accessories to be available. If you jump in with both feet not thinking about this you will regret it. These advertisers and articles will paint you a rosey picture every time because they want those Benjamin Franklins that are in your pocket. Its advertising money that will BS you everytime in all walks of life. For those that are looking for Beretta Cougar 8000 High Capacity magazines (9mm) they are now available through RSR.

For those that want to upgrade their Ruger 10/22 rifles use steel parts found at www.brownells.com
My friend Steve Camp is in the process of evaluating a product called MOLY FUSION and when I get his evaluation report I will type it in this commentary. For Steves other reports go to www.hipowersandhandguns.com
The results of his evaluating the Springfield Armory mil-spec pistol have been outstanding. In 1200 rounds fired this pistol is not only a tack driver but it has never missed a beat with any ammunition of any kind including various hollow points. We have even installed certain Stainless steel springs used by the Navy Seals and the recoil spring is a chrome silicon alloy wire spring that is conventionally wound, we do not use a variable spring of any kind.

For those people that want to reach me feel free to email me or call most days after 10 am central time and I will try my best to point you in the right direction. I will still do a little work each week but I must select the jobs that will no longer kill my neck.

I want to mention a few words about tactical folding knives. I do not trust liner lock knives as I saw one person that almost lost his fingers because the liner lock did not hold. I will not mention the brand of knife as you would recognize the name immediately. Stay with a cold steel voyager type lock or an axis lock or an arc lock or even a frame lock may work better than a liner lock. Get your self a good neck knife and you will not regret it. You want to know more about knives let me know.

This commentary as well as all my previous commentaries are my personal opinion and my personal viewpoint only.
