This is the second part of a two-part series by Paul L. Williams, author of "The Al-Qaeda Connection," about the most wanted terrorist in America – Adnan el-Skuhrijumah, the Mohammed Atta of the "American Hiroshima" nuclear terrorist plot.

By Paul L. Williams Adnan el-Shukrijumah, a naturalized American citizen, has been singled out by Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri to serve as the field commander for the next attack on US soil -- the so called American Hiroshima -- that would kill millions and bring an end to western civilization as we know it.

In the wake of Operation Enduring Freedom (the U.S.-led invasion of Afghanistan), CIA and military intelligence officials discovered the reoccurrence of el-Shukrijumah’s name in "pocket litter" -- documents and scraps taken from prisoners and dead al-Qaida soldiers.

The name did not trigger alarms until Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, al-Qaida’s military operations chief, was captured in Karachi, Pakistan March 1, 2003. THE PLOT REVEALED After days of interrogation, coupled with severe sleep deprivation, Khalid Mohammed told U.S. officials that bin Laden was planning to create a "nuclear hell storm" in America.

Unlike other attacks, the terrorist chief said, the chain of command for the nuclear attack answered directly to bin Laden, al-Zawahiri, and a mysterious scientist called "Dr. X." Khalid Mohammed later admitted that "Dr. X" was Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, the Pakistani father of the Islamic bomb and the godfather of modern nuclear proliferation.

He further confessed that the field commander for this operation was a naturalized American citizen whom he called "Jafer al-Tayyar" ("Jafer the Pilot"). U.S. officials soon learned that "Jafer the Pilot" was an alias for Adnan el-Shukrijumah and that he and other al-Qaida operatives had been sent to McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario, a facility that boasts a five-megawatt nuclear research reactor, the largest reactor of any educational facility in Canada.

The mission of the operatives was to acquire training in nuclear technology and steal radioactive material for the construction of dirty nukes. By the time Canadian officials became alerted to the situation, it was too late -- el-Shukrijumah and his fellow terrorists already had crossed the border into Buffalo -- where they remained sheltered by members of a local mosque.

They didn’t leave Canada empty-handed, but reportedly brought with them over 180 pounds of nuclear waste (compliments of McMaster’s). "DEMANDING, RUDE, AND OBNOXIOUS" On March 21, 2004, Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI director Robert Mueller issued a BOLO ("be-on-the-lookout") alert for el-Shukrijumah and Amer el-Maati, along with Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani woman who received a biology degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and penned a doctoral thesis on neurological science at Brandeis University;

Ahmed Kalfan Ghailani (aka "Foopie"), who took part in the 1998 embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania; Adam Yahiye Gadahn (aka Adam Pearlman), a convert to Islam who grew up on a goat ranch in Riverside County, Calif.; and Abderraouf Jdey, the leader of the al-Qaida cell in Toronto. Several days after the BOLO was issued, Adnan and Jdey were spotted at a Denny’s Restaurant in Avon, Colorado, where one ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad.

The restaurant manager described them as "demanding, rude, and obnoxious." THE SUMMIT IN WAZIRISTAN Following the sighting in Colorado, the diminutive el-Shukrijumah, who stands 5 foot 4 and weighs less than 132 pounds, resurfaced at a terrorist summit in the lawless Waziristan Province of Pakistan in April 2004.

The summit has been described by the FBI as a "pivotal planning session" in much the same manner as a 2000 meeting was held in Kuala Lumpur for the 9/11 attacks. Attending the summit were Mohammed Babar, who has been charged with buying materials to build bombs for attacks in Great Britain, and al-Hindi, a Pakistani technician whose company contained plans for staging attacks at financial institutions in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, DC.

SHUKRIJUMAH SOUTH OF THE BORDER On May 27, 2004, el-Shukrijumah was spotted at an Internet Café in Tegucigalpa, the hilly capital of Honduras, where he made calls to France, Canada, and the U.S. He was described as badly dressed and bearded. At his table, were Mara Salvatrucha leaders (jefes) from Panama, Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador.

From Tegucigalpa, he made his way north to Belize in British Honduras and, from Belize, to Mexico’s Quintana Roo State, south of Cancun. El-Shukrijumah remained in Mexico for much of the summer of 2004. In late August, he was spotted in the northern Mexican province of Sonora near "terrorist alley," the main passageway for illegal aliens, including OTMs (other than Mexicans) and "Special Interest Aliens" to the land of Mickey Mouse, MTV, and George W. Bush. Alberti Chapetti of the U.S. Consulate in Nogales issued warnings about Adnan’s presence in the area along with the posting of a $5 million reward for tips leading to his arrest.

NUKES ARRIVE IN MEXICO

Plotter met with MS-13 street gang Concern about el-Shukrijumah’s extended stay in Mexico was heightened in November 2004 with the arrest in Pakistan of Sharif al-Masri, a key al-Qaida operative. Al Masri, an Egyptian national jihadi with close ties to al-Zawahiri, bin Laden's No. 2 man, informed interrogators that al-Qaida had made arrangements to smuggle nuclear supplies and tactical nuclear weapons into Mexico.

From Mexico, the weapons were to be transported across the border with the help of a Latino street gang. The gang was later identified as Mara Salvatrucha and the plans had been finalized at the terrorist summit in Waziristan. In response to this information, U.S. officials began monitoring all heavy trucks crossing the border, while Mexican officials pledged to keep close watch over flight schools and aviation facilities.

Such precautions may have been adopted too late. A Piper PA Pawnee crop duster was stolen from Ejido Queretaro near Mexicali Nov. 1, 2004. The plane’s tail number was XBCYP. The thieves, Mexican officials surmised, were either drug dealers or al-Qaida operatives, and clearly one was a highly trained pilot who met the description of Adnan el-Shukrijumah.

DISCLAIMER: THIS COMMENTARY (ABOVE) WAS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO READ AND BE AWARE OF. THE ABOVE WAS NOTHING I WROTE AND WOULD NEVER TAKE CREDIT FOR. I FELT YOU HAD TO KNOW AND CREDIT WAS GIVEN TO THE AUTHORS. I AM GOING TO WRITE WHAT I SEE EMERGING BELOW AND I AM TELLING YOU TO PREPARE NOW FOR YOUR SURVIVAL AND I WILL TRY AND DO THE VERY SAME. BEING SO WELL KNOWN I HAVE A GREAT MANY MORE PROBLEMS FACING ME THAN THE AVERAGE GUN OWNER AND I WILL DEAL WITH IT.

I see the very sad decline of America and Brittain and Israel because they were once a force that was second to none. I see the three countries have lost the will to win (my opinion only) they have the will to fight to contain but the will to win with over whelming force is gone.

During WW II, America was the strongest nation the world has ever seen but in reality that will to win is gone now and we having an all volunteer army that has 1.4 million men and women can not police the world. So many of our soldiers joined for the wrong reason as they were needing the benefits that our military had to offer and they had opportunities being a part time member of our military. MY OPINION ONLY.

They never dreamed their future would be BOSNIA and then AFGHANISTAN and now IRAQ. I do not understand why our government would allow these troops to go house to house in areas creating more casualties on our side when the B52 bombers sit idle in Diego Garcia. They could have gotten the women and children and animals out of these cities that were hostile and made the city in question a parking lot.

In the long run it would have been cheaper and saved american lives because rebuilding a city is a lot easier than repairing destroyed american bodies in outdated VA hospitals. MY OPINION ONLY. I am a very conservative Republican but I do not write checks that I can not cover. I do not BS myself because I am not capable of being a one man Police dept. I never lie to myself because then I am the fool.

I see this world changing into various power structures before our very eyes. On the one hand the Russians are aligned with the Chinese and the other Asian nations which include Japan, etc. MY OPINION ONLY.

I see the Vatican elected a German Cardinal to become POPE, to me this was done to solidify the last revival of the old Roman empire and Germany will lead the pact. It will consist of at least 25 countries and the new Pope will arrange Germany's leadership of the EUROPEAN UNION. They will be a Nuclear power, MY OPINION ONLY. I see Brittain dropping out of the EU (European Union)...

Another third great alliance that is forming is IRAN and all of Islam. They will become if not already a great Nuclear Power with the help of Pakistan. This is becoming a world nitemare before our very eyes. MY OPINION ONLY. You are not going to make a real moslem country a democracy, I think its just wishful thinking. Its all about oil, power and money.

So now we have a declining America and Brittain and Little Israel that have already been infiltrated because the of very liberal politicians and of course some Republicans that can not see the forrest for the trees. Read a superb book called "SLEEPING WITH THE DEVIL" by Robert Baer who is an ex CIA agent and find out which American politicians are on the Saudi payroll. In this book he tells you.

Unfortunately we have passed the point of no return. The diplomats had years to bring anything they wanted in this country whether the President was Clinton or Bush or what ever. Its too late to close the barn door after the horses have left the barn. ANOTHER PARRALLEL I WILL TELL YOU IS THAT IF YOU HAVE AN ALARM SYSTEM IN YOUR HOUSE OR BUSINESS AND YOU LEAVE YOUR FRONT AND BACK DOOR UNLOCKED, WHAT HAVE YOU ACCOMPLISHED. Who is fooling who.

Here is Little Israel about the size of Rhode Island or maybe Delaware and this government (US) demands that they give up more land to satisfy a people that never existed in the first place. There was never a Palestinian Nation or Country. The word Palestinian comes from the word Phillistines in the Bible. Yasser Arafat was born in Egypt, how did that make him a Palestinian, you tell me. If the rest of Islam want to give these Palestinians a genuine homeland why don't they volunteer some of their land, they have a great deal of land to give. G-D owns JERUSALEM and the Land of Israel, who gives Ms. RICE or anyone the right to demand that Israel give it to a non existant people or a non existant nation. We will pay dearly via devine intervention.

Read Genesis 12.3

As we are drained in Power from trying to Police the world and you now see what a hurricane has done and this storm season is very far from over, there will be more storms. How will America react and take care of a military attack on us and who will we retalliate against. Al Quaeda is no nation, they are from every where, cell "A" does not know cell "B" and they don't know cell "C" and so forth.

I would sleep a whole lot better if Harry Truman was in the white house. He was a no nonsense President that made decisions and he was fair. When Israel became a Nation in 1948 Truman was President. It was passed by one vote in the United Nations to give Nation status to Israel, the one deciding vote to do this was Russia.

During WW II the only feared General by the German Army in my opinion was General Patton, because he was a no non sense man that had only one intention and that was to win at any cost. They, the Axis powers knew this that is why they feared him. Being weak or timid does not win wars and there can never be a negotiated peace agreement unless there is a defined and well beaten loser.

The one thing we in America have going for us is that we the people are a major army with some of the very best small arms of the world. I dread the thought of being attacked but I think its coming as our own officials have said its not "IF" but "WHEN". Who can we trust, do we have the military manpower to fight back ?? I do not know. Do we have the will to win ?? I do not see it.

Do we have leaders that we can rely on to initiate a strike to win ?? I do not know. Can Americans survive without their conveniences like their cell phones and their game boys and live on a bowl of rice a day ?? Not Hardly. What will they do with out their McDonalds or Burger King or Wendys or Dominoes, etc, etc, etc.

I have gone to a great deal of trouble and major aggravation to write my blogger. I have more than one blogger as two are private. My health is in decline and even now get up very early on Sunday morning to write this. I have a cracked finger and I cracked my bone below my knee but I do not care. I will deal with it. I am only concerned about the future of our younger generation which are soft and most have no interest in what I write about or in even learning about guns and gun safety.

"KATRINA" brought out the very worst in many people. Who would ever shoot at rescue people trying to save lives. Why didn't the local and state authorities issue an order for all law enforcement to shoot looters on site carrying TV's and VCR's etc. Its one thing to steal water and pampers but you cross the line when you steal things for profit and Jewelry and Guns. An example should have been made of these looters from day 1. NOT ONE PESON IN CHARGE HAD THE GUTS TO ISSUE AN ORDER TO SHOOT TO KILL.

I will continue to write about what to stock up on and what guns to own and what you will need to survive. Be sure you buy some Potassium Iodide Tablets and or in a liquid form. go to www.ki4u.com

We all owe a debt of tremendous gratitude and respect to the armed forces of the United States. Unfortunately there is not enough of them as in the past long gone. I will do all I can to explain what I think but ITS JUST MY OPINION AND GOES NO FURTHER. I have had many irate calls when I told people to watch the BEHEADINGS. Do you really think your enemies will show you mercy and give you three meals a day. THE ENEMIES ARE WITHIN. SEAL YOUR PRIMERS.

Law Officers, Overwhelmed, Are Quitting the Force
By

JOSEPH B. TREASTER

NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 3 - Reeling from the chaos of this overwhelmed city, at least 200 New Orleans police officers have walked away from their jobs and two have committed suicide, police officials said on Saturday.
Some officers told their superiors they were leaving, police officials said. Others worked for a while and then stopped showing up. Still others, for reasons not always clear, never made it in after the storm.

The absences come during a period of extraordinary stress for the New Orleans Police Department. For nearly a week, many of its 1,500 members have had to work around the clock, trying to cope with flooding, an overwhelming crush of refugees, looters and occasional snipers.
P. Edwin Compass III, the superintendent of police, said most of his officers were staying at their posts. But in an unusual note of sympathy for a top police official, he said it was understandable that many were frustrated. He said morale was "not very good."
"If I put you out on the street and made you get into gun battles all day with no place to urinate and no place to defecate, I don't think you would be too happy either," Mr. Compass said in an interview. "Our vehicles can't get any gas. The water in the street is contaminated. My officers are walking around in wet shoes."
Fire Department officials said they did not know of any firefighters who had quit. But they, too, were sympathetic to struggling emergency workers.

W. J. Riley, the assistant superintendent of police, said there were about 1,200 officers on duty on Saturday. He said the department was not sure how many officers had decided to abandon their posts and how many simply could not get to work.
Mr. Riley said some of the officers who left the force "couldn't handle the pressure" and were "certainly not the people we need in this department."
He said, "The others are not here because they lost a spouse, or their family or their home was destroyed."
Police officials did not identify the officers who took their lives, one on Saturday and the other the day before. But they said one had been a patrol officer, who a senior officer said "was absolutely outstanding." The other was an aide to Mr. Compass. The superintendent said his aide had lost his home in the hurricane and had been unable to find his family.
Because of the hurricane, many police officers and firefighters have been isolated and unable to report for duty. Others evacuated their families and have been unable to get back to New Orleans.
Still, some officers simply appear to have given up.
A Baton Rouge police officer said he had a friend on the New Orleans force who told him he threw his badge out a car window in disgust just after fleeing the city into neighboring Jefferson Parish as the hurricane approached. The Baton Rouge officer would not give his name, citing a department policy banning comments to the news media.
The officer said he had also heard of an incident in which two men in a New Orleans police cruiser were stopped in Baton Rouge on suspicion of driving a stolen squad car. The men were, in fact, New Orleans officers who had ditched their uniforms and were trying to reach a town in north
Louisiana, the officer said.
"They were doing everything to get out of New Orleans," he said. "They didn't have the resources to do the job, or a plan, so they left."
The result is an even heavier burden on those who are patrolling the street, rescuing flood victims and trying to fight fires with no running water, no electricity, no reliable telephones.
Police and fire officials have been begging federal authorities for assistance and criticizing a lack of federal response for several days.
"We need help," said Charles Parent, the superintendent of the Fire Department. Mr. Parent again appealed in an interview on Saturday for replacement fire trucks and radio equipment from federal authorities. And Mr. Compass again appealed for more federal help.
"When I have officers committing suicide," Mr. Compass said, "I think we've reached a point when I don't know what more it's going to take to get the attention of those in control of the response."
The National Guard has come under criticism for not moving more quickly into New Orleans. Lt. Gen. H Steven Blum, the head of the National Guard Bureau, told reporters on Saturday that the Guard had not moved in sooner because it had not anticipated the collapse of civilian law enforcement.
Some patrol officers said morale had been low on the force even before the hurricane. One patrolman said the complaints included understaffing and a lack of equipment.
"We have to use our own shotguns," said the patrolman, who did not want to be identified by name. "This isn't theirs; this is my personal gun."
Another patrol officer said that many of the officers who had quit were younger, inexperienced officers who were overwhelmed by the task.
Some officers have expressed anger at colleagues who have stopped working. "For all you cowards that are supposed to wear the badge," one officer said on Fox News, "are you truly - can you truly wear the badge, like our motto said?"
The Police and Fire Departments are being forced to triage the calls they get for help.
The firefighters are simply not responding to some fires. In some cases, they cannot get through the flooding. But in others, they decide not to send trucks because they are needed for more serious fires.
"We can't fight every fire the way we did in the past and try to put it out," Superintendent Parent told a group of firefighters on Saturday morning at a promotion ceremony in the Algiers section of New Orleans, a dry area.
Even facing much more work than could possibly be handled, he said, it was important for him to take time out for two promotion ceremonies.
"The men need reinforcement," said Mr. Parent, who put on his last clean uniform shirt for the ceremonies elevating 22 officers to the rank of captain. "They need to see their leader and understand that the department is still here and not going to pot."
Susan Saulny contributed reporting from Baton Rouge, La., for this article, and John DeSantis from New Orleans.
